Trust & safety

Intelligence deserves trust.

Healthcare software has to be more than well made. These are things the system does and refuses to do — described so you can hold us to them, not badges on a page.

Privacy by design

Health data is minimised, scoped and separated by default — decided at the schema, not added as a later hardening pass.

Consent-aware access

A provider sees your record because you allowed it, for as long as you allow it. Consent is a state you control, not a checkbox at signup.

Secure health records

Encrypted in transit and at rest, with access scoped to the care relationship.

Auditable provider access

Every read and write against a patient record is attributable and reviewable. If someone opened your file, that is a fact we can show you.

Verified providers

Practitioners and facilities are checked before they can be discovered or take bookings.

AI safety boundaries

Health Intelligence navigates toward care. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or make clinical decisions.

Who sees what

Access, stated plainly.

The most common question about a health platform is the one that is hardest to find an answer to. Here it is.

  • YouEverything in your record, always. Your history is yours.
  • A provider you bookedWhat they need for the visit — and the history you consented to share, for as long as you allow it.
  • A provider you did not bookNothing.
  • UsOnly what is needed to operate the service, secure it, and meet legal obligations. Never for advertising.
  • Anyone elseNothing. We do not sell personal or health information.

Where the intelligence stops

The boundaries are the point.

In healthcare, what a system refuses to do matters as much as what it does. These are ours, and they do not loosen as the product grows.

It navigates, it does not diagnose

The system suggests a kind of care that may be appropriate. It never tells a patient what condition they have.

Clinicians decide

Every medical decision is made by a qualified healthcare professional. The platform supports the route to them.

Urgency is escalated, not resolved

If what a patient describes reads as urgent, the product routes them to urgent care rather than into a booking flow.

Recommendations are inspectable

Where a result is recommended, the reasons are shown — speciality, distance, availability, fee — so a patient can disagree with it.

Health Intelligence supports care navigation. Medical decisions remain with qualified healthcare professionals.

What we have not claimed

Certifications we do not yet hold.

Plenty of healthcare products display compliance badges they have not earned. We would rather tell you where we actually are.

  • We are designed for ABDM integration. We are not yet certified, and we will say so here when that changes.
  • We describe our encryption and access controls in specific terms rather than as “military-grade”, which means nothing.
  • Independent security assessment is planned before public launch. We will publish the outcome.
