Questions
Frequently asked.
For patients
Is thehealint available yet?
Not fully. We are connecting doctors, clinics and hospitals across Bengaluru now, and care discovery and booking open shortly. Tell us what you need through the contact form and we will let you know when it opens in your area.
Do I need to know which specialist I need?
No — that is the point. Describe what you are experiencing in your own words and thehealint suggests the kind of care that may be appropriate, then shows you relevant providers nearby.
Does it diagnose me?
No. Health Intelligence helps you understand where to start and connects you with providers. It does not diagnose, prescribe or make clinical decisions — a qualified healthcare professional does.
What if my symptoms are urgent?
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not use the platform to seek urgent care.
What does it cost me?
Finding and booking care through thehealint is free for patients. You pay the provider their consultation fee, which is shown before you confirm a booking.
Where do my prescriptions and reports go?
Into your health timeline, attached to the visit they came from — so your history stays with you rather than with the hospital that issued it.
Can I manage care for my family?
Yes. Family profiles let you book and hold records for the people you look after, from one account.
How do I delete my data?
Contact us and we will verify your identity and delete your account and the data associated with it, apart from records we are legally required to retain. See the Privacy page.
For providers
What is ProviderOS?
One platform for the whole outpatient journey — discovery, bookings, walk-ins, queues, consultation, prescriptions, billing, records and analytics. It scales from a single doctor to a hospital group.
Do I need to change my existing systems?
No. You can start with discovery and online bookings alone, and take on queue, prescribing and billing when you are ready.
How do patients find me?
By condition, speciality, location, fee and real availability. Your schedule is the source of truth — patients book slots you have actually opened.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on whether you are an individual doctor, a clinic or a hospital group. Talk to us and we will be straightforward about it.
Who can see a patient’s record?
You see what the patient has consented to share, for as long as they allow it, and only where there is a care relationship. Every access is attributable and reviewable.
How are providers verified?
Practitioners and facilities are checked before they can be discovered or take bookings. We ask for registration details as part of onboarding.
Can I handle walk-ins?
Yes — online bookings and walk-ins sit in a single ordered queue, so reception is not reconciling two lists.
