Terms and conditions.

The terms that apply when you use thehealint — as someone finding care, or as a doctor, clinic or hospital delivering it.

Last updated September 2026

01

These terms

These terms apply when you use thehealint — the website, the patient application, and ProviderOS. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

thehealint is operated by T-NEX. Where these terms refer to “we” or “us”, they mean that entity.

02

What thehealint is — and is not

thehealint helps you understand what kind of care may be appropriate, find doctors, clinics and hospitals near you, book appointments, and keep the records that come out of a visit.

It is not a medical service and it does not provide medical advice.

  • Health Intelligence supports care navigation. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or make clinical decisions.
  • Every medical decision is made by a qualified healthcare professional, not by this platform.
  • Care suggestions are a starting point. They are not a substitute for consulting a doctor.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not use this platform to seek urgent care.

03

Your account

You need an account to book care and to keep health records. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you provide and for keeping access to your account secure.

  • Give accurate information — a wrong mobile number or date of birth can affect the care you receive.
  • Do not share your account with someone else. Use a family profile instead.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

04

Appointments and cancellations

When you book, you are entering into an arrangement with the provider — the doctor, clinic or hospital — not with us. We facilitate the booking and pass it to their schedule.

  • Availability, fees and services shown are supplied by the provider.
  • Providers may reschedule or cancel. We will tell you as soon as we know.
  • Cancellation and no-show policies are set by the provider and shown before you confirm.
  • We are not responsible for the clinical care a provider delivers.

05

If you are a provider

Providers using ProviderOS agree to additional obligations:

  • Hold and maintain the registrations and licences required to practise, and give us accurate verification information.
  • Keep your availability, fees and services accurate — patients rely on them to make decisions.
  • Access patient records only where there is a care relationship and the patient has consented.
  • Handle patient information in line with applicable healthcare and data protection law.
  • Honour bookings made through the platform, or give reasonable notice when you cannot.

We may suspend or remove a provider who does not meet these obligations.

06

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to impersonate someone, to access records you have no right to see, to scrape or resell our data, or to interfere with the platform’s operation or security.

07

Fees and payments

Consultation fees are set and charged by the provider. Where payment is taken through the platform, the amount and what it covers are shown before you confirm.

Refunds for a consultation are a matter between you and the provider, under the policy shown at the time of booking. Where we have collected the payment, we will process an approved refund back to the original method.

08

Your content and our platform

You keep ownership of the information and records you put into thehealint. You give us the permission needed to store it, show it to you, and share it with providers you choose — and nothing beyond that.

The platform itself — the software, design and brand — remains ours.

09

Service availability

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and will give notice where a change materially affects you.

10

Liability

We are responsible for running the platform. We are not responsible for the clinical care a provider delivers, for a provider’s conduct, or for decisions you make based on information a provider supplies.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11

Ending your use

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached, where required by law, or where continued access would put patients at risk.

Closing an account does not remove records a provider or we are legally required to retain. See the Privacy page for how long information is kept.

12

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. Where a change materially affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru have jurisdiction over any dispute.
